The app wont let me sign in

I've been here awhile

When I try to log in to the app, it just gets stuck on the image of a woman in a red shirt looking at her phone, with the Roger's logo on the page. I have tried opening and closing the app many times, I tried clearing the cache. If I could uninstall the app and reinstall it I would but my phone won't allow me to uninstall it.

Thank you for your post, and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you have completed so far to try to get this issue resolved. Have you tried another mobile device to try signing in, and are you having the same issue there? Have you tried to sign in through a web browser on your laptop or PC?


If you can let us know some more details, as well as the make and model of the device you are using along with the current OS, we will be glad to further assist you.

Hi there, no I have not tried to use another phone to log in to the app. I'm not sure what use that would be? I need to be able to use the app on my phone, I'm not going to go buy a new phone just to access my rogers account. The app does not work, full stop. It does not give me an option to sign in.

Now when I try to sign in through the web browser it is telling me that I need to link my rogers account to the account credentials ? My account has been linked and set up for years now so I don't know why all of a sudden in the last week it is no longer linked.

Thank you for the additional information. Trying on another device helps to isolate the issue to see if it is with the device or an account related issue. If you are getting the notification to link the account when signing in through the web, then it would lean to being an account related issue.
