MyRogers and HomeConnect Not Working

I've been here awhile

On an iPhone, can get the splash screens but when I go to log on, get a blank page. Is this a known issue? Reboots and app reinstalls of no use

We'll try our best to get the app back up and running soon as possible. In order to do so I have a few questions:

 

1) Are you able to access MyRogers through the browser?

2) Have you tried to clear the cache and cookies on the browser you are using to load the login page? Please ensure the browser is up to date.

3) Is there another mobile device you can use to try and log into the apps?

4) When was the last time you were able to log into the MyRogers App or the HomeConnect app?

 

Just need a bit more info to help you further.

I've been here awhile
Thnx. While Rogers support said it was a known issue on their end, I believe it was because cookies were disabled in Safari, even though I was using the apps.
