I would like to help anyone having issues connecting Rogers Apps to an Apple device.
I contacted Roger’s at least 5 times, although most technicians tried to help no one could figure it out. Yes, at least 3 technician’s said they would start a ticket and I never heard back from them.
Go into chrome
Settings
Privacy and security
Make sure that always connect to secure sites is checked.
Delete all apps
Reinstall my Roger’s then the tv app
Restart devise
This worked for me.
