MyRogers App Not Working

I've been around

I am trying to log into MyRogers app, I ask it to send the code to my email and don't receive the code until 30 minutes after and when I have shut down the app. I tried sending it via text and it wont come through either. 

 

I have force stopped the app, I have tried to restart my phone. Nothing works. Help
