The home wifi network is working. I've downloaded and installed the iPhone app to allow me to commission the pod. However when I log onto the phone app it tries to activate the wifi network again. I can't get past that to activate the pod.
I've just switched from a Bell and I'm really now thinking was it worth it as the initial installation didn't work and the technician just left, and the TV and phone service didn't work.

I appreciate your post; since the HomeConnect app was not used during the initial setup of the modem, the app will try to reconfigure the network. The best option is to reset the modem, launch the app to set up your home WiFi network and add the WiFi Pod.
