I need to view current internet usage. I can view what is outstanding, but would like to view current cycle data. Have tried via the app and online and reached out to support. Support didn't provide any useful information. They kept providing old cycle data and telling me where ro view usage, but couldn't advise on how to see details. I would like to see, like other providers do, the day by day usage amounts. Help pls!

@Tanya326 : In order to see your internet usage, you need to login to MyRogers, or use the MyRogers app and then click on Internet (Internet - Manage if using the web) - then Usage. You should see a graph/table something like the following:
I do find that around the first of the month, my usage often goes "missing" and usually returns in a few days. It's also often a few days out of date as you can see below.
My monthly data is currently unavailable - see screenshot below: Again, this happens to me occasionally and I just wait until things self-correct since I'm on an unlimited plan.
My recent usage increased by a factor of 30 over what I was using previously, after a change in my package which went from 500 Mbps to 1.5 Gbps. I was waiting to see if that would also "self correct" since the very high usage makes no sense.
Accurate, current data doesn't appear to be a high priority for Rogers as many people are on unlimited plans.
