Wifi keeps reseting and going back into easy connect mode

It resets the light goes orange then connects back to a solid white light at some time. Then it's back into easy connect mode where I have to set up the wife name and password. I need both a 5g and 2.4 connection for my devices so I set those back to what they were and it connects everything fine but then after some time it resets again. It happend to me in the past and then it just stopped doing it so I thought it was good. I've done your typical trouble shooting for internet several times and end up back in easy connect mode.. is it the modem? I had an open service call for someone to come out buy I canceled because I got it working for over 24hrs. This was months ago. It worked fine for months.Sometimes it stays connected for hours sometimes minutes... please help. 🙏

The modem resetting itself to factory defaults is unusual. We may need to dispatch a tech to investigate the root cause of this anomaly.
