Hi,
Our Wi-Fi Network is down on our Wi-Fi Gateway modem. It doesn’t show on the list of available networks. However All wired LAN Connections are working fine. We’re in Ajax.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
(I have received some messages in other places with some others experiencing the same.)

Mines down in Toronto as well since ~5AM. I'm on the white ignite modem. Been unable to get through to support so far

My new XB7 is bridged and download speeds recorded through the router are 1/4 of what they were before. Upload is fine. So there’s a signal, just not optimal at all.

Whatever it was it seemed to have resolved itself when I was back home around 1 PM Today.
Thank you all for the suggestions I would have tried when I got in. It also helped me establish it wasn’t just my Gateway.
