I've been around

Internet service sketchy at best reached out suggested a new modem.  No change.  Fast forward a few months we called again as now tv stalling as well. A tech was booked and said issue at pole not house and someone would be there same day (Friday) or by Monday.  Now internet service worse than ever, out more than ten times per hour.  No one arrived on Monday called, opening new ticket.  Why? Where is the old ticket?  Now Friday before anyone can come.  Escalated call to supervisor.  Call back changed nothing.  We work remotely and losing money days upon days with no connection!  Zero support
