I have got Roger fibre on 4th March 2023 and today it's 9th March and, still no internet. Tech and customer support seems to be of no help. Could someone capable look into this and get this fixed ASAP? already tried checking with Bell but sadly no internet is offered in my area or would have switched instead of putting up with this.

Really i am frustrated by rogers service . Its been 3 days and more than 72 hours since my wifi is being installed by technician and i am unable to use it . Everytime i am calling them they are telling me different story. I called thrice a day and also live chats but stil nothing like i am first time customer they are treating like this today i called and they said wait for another 24-48 hours . You guys are serious . Really worst service would not recommend anyone

I canceled wireless service with Rogers as well. contracted with them just because there was a promotion on going but ended up with my bills 3 times with much higher charges. I called to correct and they said we dont know what you meant as that promotion was over and the mistaken was by whoever helped me to register. I never got reimbursement since then..
