No Internet connection - Flashing orange light

I've been around

So i got a new rogers connection a few days ago and it was perfectly fine. Yesterday there was a technician from BELL who was working on the box outside the neighbors house and was changing a few things. After that i somehow lost my internet connection and its been more than 24 hours now. I am not sure what I can do to fix this as it's very annoying to be without internet, specially on a weekend.

With a light pattern as you describe, your modem is having difficulty connecting to the headend. This could be due to a line cut. If rebooting the modem doesn't bring you back online, we'll need to send out a technician of our own to investigate.

Then please book a technician. Everything was working fine when i went to sleep. Who would have cut it over night?
