2 days ago I got booted out of my Webmail on Firefox and could not log back in to the account. Came up with a blank screen with a https://rogersmembercentre.com/#/signin?SAMLRequest=hZFfT4MwFMW%252FS.....(more letters and number I didn't copy)
I checked and turned off all add ons on Firefox. Still no handshake.
I did manage to log in via Private Browsing - not as convenient though is it.
So we go from not having Outlook, to not being able to use webmail with our browser.
I reached out to Twitter @RogersHelps and they gave fluff answers like 'use Chrome or Edge' that is not the point is it.
Anyone else dealing with this or find a fix?

I just logged in to Webmail using FF on my Mac Mini M2 without any problems. The fact that you can get in using Private Browsing indicates that you probably have an issue with cookies or your cache, which you should clear. Check out the following additional tips:
