I just signed up for Rogers Ignite and need a static IP as I work from home and have an FTP server. How do obtain one?

Rogers does not provide static IP addresses on their residential Ignite Internet service. However, the IP address that gets assigned to you through DHCP typically does not change unless Rogers re-addresses their network.
If you require a true static IP address, you will need to sign up for a Rogers Business Internet service: https://www.rogers.com/business/internet-services/internet
