Hi everyone, my CODA-4582 modem went offline and didn't go back online.
I had already reset the modem to factory default settings and still offline.
Is there an activity this morning's maintenance window and this is expected or I have a faulty modem now?
Looking to hear back especially from Rogers team.

I'm optimistic that your modem is back online now. If it's still offline, what's the light pattern of the top four lights on the modem?

Hi @RogersMoin ,
This CODA-4582 has been down since yesterday morning.
The status of leds are:
-power led lit
-uplink and downlink leds both blinking
-2.4G & 5G are lit
I believe the @ led should be lit which means there's internet connection, but it's not lit.
I have reset this modem multiple times yesterday and even reset to factory default settings.
Then during easy connect setup, the test connection always failed.
