For the past few weeks I have been experiencing unstable internet. Random page freezes (just loading this page to post this comment took over 1 minute), network dropping out, low speed test results, high ping/latency, and DNS errors. I see many other people posting similar issues. It has made our internet and Ignite service almost unusable. Does anyone from Rogers even read these messages? I note that the @RogersHelps X account hasn't posted in 2 years (not that it was much help before) and the AI bot doesn't pop up anymore either.
