The latency/ping of my home (wired) internet has been terrible over the last few weeks. I am getting random ping spikes every 20 seconds or so when gaming and on video conference call. It is extremely frustrating, my ping would randomly go from 30 to 150 ping for no reason. The rogers technician came by the other day and replaced something outside the house and that was it. The problem was gone for an hour or so, but then my ping started spiking again.
I've looked at several other forums and threads but no concrete results. I've followed the troubleshooting Latency thread and below is my ping test and traceroute. I can really use some help with this. Thank you
