Overhead temporary Feed

RossS1
I've been here awhile

Going on Three Years (3 Years) for the overhead wires in our front Trees. When is someone going to repair this ugly temporary feed which goes from the front of our house across the street, then across the court twice before it lands in another tree to drop to the pedistle (tombstone) feeding our neighbors. How long are we going to see this exposed wire?? It says in your email You Are Committed!

Committed to connecting communities.

Hello W Ross,

We believe it’s our responsibility to support the communities where we live, work and play. That’s why we’re committed to strengthening Canadian communities by expanding our network, supporting our local partners and connecting youth to opportunities that will help them reach their highest potential.

Greetings RossS1!

If a temporary cable is put up during our burial season, we do our best to try to bury it before the end of the season. If we're unable to bury it in that same season, the burial is prioritized for the next.

Three years is a long time to have a temporary cable. Have new cables been added over the past three years or has it been exactly like this from the first time it was put up? Have you ever reported this to us before now?

Regards,

RogersCorey

The same cable has been in place. I have called Rogers as has my neighbor more than once. We have even talked to Rogers personal when servicing other Customer complaints and they indicated they had no knowledge of a repair order being generated.  Bell have installed a complete underground system in our neighborhood. Their Bell contractor excavated a hole in my neighbor's yard indicating it was for Rogers, but no action has occurred.  Ross
