We are having terrible issues in our neighborhood. Only getting 1/2 of my internet speed (direct wired) to the main computer/modem. In the evening it becomes almost unusable elsewhere in the house. My son cannot game, Our cable freezes/glitches/black screen, We "upgraded" to Ignite as Rogers said they were not fixing old issues. Thought it was better but this week has been terrible. Neighbors are having the same issues. How can we escalate this? We are timing it right now and the TV drops about every 7 minutes.

After many DM's and lots of phone calls to support which keep wanting to send a tech...even though they have visited most homes on our street this week..I am am now told that maintenence has fixed the issue. Guess what. No they haven't. Our ticket was closed as was my neighbors and we are still having drops outs all the time. TV freezes, cannot on line game, can't use the home phone line as it will just cut out. We work from home. Friday I could not be on any teams calls of videos. Could barely keep connected to my work server. This is unacceptable! What is the next course of action for us??
