Two months of this, it's unbelievable. $200 a month and can't get internet for more than 30min in a row without being disconnected for another 10, ethernet or otherwise. I work from home, it's not only infuriating but also harmful to my job. Opened multiple tickets to tech support and they're all listed as "resolved, as we couldn't pinpoint the issue", which is hilarious. Never thought I'd see incompetence like this in my life.
Cancelling as soon as I'm home, I can't work like this.
