Hi I got my ignite modem this morning and was trying to set it up but the light just kept flashing orange it didn’t change to white like it said it would, when i contacted customer support they said the order hadn’t been marked as delivered is there anyway to fix this?

Hadn’t been marked as delivered?? This is the first that I have heard of something like this happening. Usually, when you get the modem and are performing a self-install, it should be associated with your MyRogers account and ready to activate.
Are you a new Rogers customer? If so, do you know whether the coax outlets are active in your home? Also, how was your Ignite WiFi modem delivered, by courier or by a Rogers technician?
