Hi all,
I'm having a super odd problem. Generally in the mornings between 8-10 am we lose internet connectivity (not wireless or ethernet) on the network. The modem has a green flashing light during this time. The modem is a hintron ignite modem / router thing and is currently in bridge mode. Same issue happens whether it is in bridge more or as a wifi router.
Anytime this happens I see this in the modem logs.

Other things I've tried:
One really odd thing is that I powered off every device that wasn't absolutely needed, leaving 2 x macbooks, 1 x windows laptop and 2 x cell phones on the wifi. If I connect a Samsung TV the dropping issue seems to come back.
Any thoughts or help would be massively appreciated.

Hello, @adsfdafad
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and congrats on your first post.
The issue that you've described is quite strange but it sounds like the Samsung TV may be causing the issue. Is the Samsung TV software up to date? Does the disconnection issue happen at any other time during the day or only during those specific hours?

Hi Tony,
Thanks for your reply. I've been able to isolate it to a Amazon Firestick. Not sure how on earth it would be causing the drops but it seems to have stopped with the Firestick powered off.
Have a great long weekend. 🙂
