Hi,
I've got Blink Camera and Blink Sync Module. I've got more and more disconnection from the Sync Module to Wifi of my CGNM-3552. Where should I start to investigate ?
- if I don't reboot the modem, the sync module will not reconnect to the Wifi
- as soon as reboot complete, the sync module reconnect to the Wifi
So my guess is there is problem in the CGNM-3552 wifi module ?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue maintaining a connection with your Blink Sync Module, though Rogers isn't able to assist with connectivity of this device specifically, we can assist in identifying if the modem is working appropriately. Perhaps others in the community may have experience with this device as well and can provide some insight.
Regarding the modem can you confirm if you're experiencing disconnections on all devices at the same time? Or is it just with this device?

Sorry to hear your Blink Sync Module home security system is disconnecting. Sounds like the home security system is disconnecting from the internet while other devices remain connected. Have you tried reaching out to the manufacturer's support?
