New customer
Received modem Sat
Couldnt setup
chat Sunday 9am
tells me my account is stuck
opens a ticket
says 24hrs
will receive a text messag
Its now Tuesday 8pm
well over 50hrs
Still cant activate modem
Tried to chat with support online
Have been in queue position 2 for over an hour
Been bounced around from department to department
I am going back to Bell
