I’ve had all the outside lines replaced. From the pole to the house, and from the house to the modem. All new wires, and a brand new modem installed and I am still having issues with signal dropping out and the modem resetting randomly. I have had multiple techs out here and multiple calls to tech support. Any ideas?

The modem LED flashes amber, then green, then white. The modem is connected directly to the wall power socket.
