My parents have been a loyal customer for 50+ years and when contacted today for a new promotion after their previous promotion expired 6 months ago they were told they could not even match what Bell was offering them. They have multiple services with Rogers and are sad to have to leave and go to Bell.

We appreciate you visiting us in the forums and sharing your concerns. We are so sad that your parents feel they have no choice but to leave Rogers and go with another provider. We definitely understand the importance of staying on budget, while receiving services that meet your needs. I'm really sorry that we couldn't find them a workable solution. 😞
Just to clarify, were they able to speak to our Loyalty team to see if there was something they could do? If not, I would suggest trying that first before making the final decision. Sometimes, they are able to work some magic for our long-time, loyal customers. We'd really love to keep your parents in the Rogers family, if possible.
