I’ve been having issues with dropped service ( tv and internet) every day for over two years. I’ve had my cable line replaced, my modem replaced, connectors replaced and changed to the latest ignite package. Still continued loosing service. Wednesday May 5 th had a technician here who finally fixed my problem. He was determined to find and fix before leaving and he did. Haven’t had a service loss since. Very pleased and relieved that this is finally over. Has been very frustrating for a long time.. thanks to the man who helped me and this should be noted in his employment file…
