I was forced to get Ignite a few months ago and I have had nothing but issues with it. When watching sports it is slow, it freezes, the video quality is NOT the advertised 4K but more like 4 bytes! So many times it gets kicked off from no internet or the program won’t load or is lost and not available. Why do we have to pay for this, that is forced on us????

The video freezing or the subpar video quality can impede the sports viewing experience. Is it happening on TSN4? We are tracking a recent issue with TSN4.

I’m so tired of all these cable outages when is Rogers gonna get their act together and actually fix the problem
