Who in the group has stayed with the Ignite Flex Platform 5,10, @ 20 with Sports or how many have moved to the 3 new packages introduced “ Starter, Popular or Total” introduced November 1, 2023. With many unwanted and unwatched channels.
The answer I received lately was from the Office of the President in “share concern” was subscribers would rather have full packages than make their own choices.
It is ironic back 2016 during CRTC hearings that Canadians spoke up that they were tired of big bundles of unwatched and unwanted channels and wanted choices.
Have Your say

I only started with Ignite in April and the Flex does not seem to exist anymore. I think I have Ignite Popular TV.

I just switched to Ignite a couple of months ago so I didn't have that choice.
Personally I want all of the TSN channels, RSN channels, NBA TV Canada, Golf Channel, the main networks in Canada and the US and about 5 other specialty channels. I never watch any of the other channels and you can often get other stuff that you may want via streaming.

It hasn’t been year that Rogers discontinued the Flex Platform to new customers effective November 1, 2023. But existing customers could keep what they had with Flex.
Rogers introduced three new packages Basic ( Essential), Popular and Total all now would include the five U.S. stations (FOX, ABC,CBS, NBC and PBS). Just checking pricing on all three of these and what they include.
The Essential Package ( Stater, Basic) now does not include the U.S five but you have to take Popular or Total with a lot of unwanted or unwatched channels. Or I guess pay an extra $3 for The Prime Time Pack.
Come on Rogers stop playing games, just leave these packages alone, this has nothing to do what you customers want, the pricing doesn’t change for the Basic still $25 (and you lose 5 channels ) amount this is nothing more than a game with Rogers, just leave everything alone for a few years. You haven’t added any new channels to my Flex 10 package
Most of your competitors all include the five U.S. channels from Basic upwards.
