I am getting a replacement s7 edge to hopefully fix my problem.. My wife has an S6, we both have VOLTE enabled, she makes a call and her phone stays on LTE. When I make or receive a call the LTE symbol goes off and switches to 4G. So for example when she tries to video call me her camera turns on, the calls is initiated, , my phone rings, my phone switches to 4g, I answer , her camera shuts of and we have a regular phone call. I cannot even initiated a video call on my s7edge. Called the srevice line, gave them the story, my phone is over the 14 day limit, but since Ive been with Rogers for so long, they waived the time rule and are sending me a new S7edge. I hope that fixes the problem..
ANybody else see this with their S7 or S7 Edge?
