A warm welcome to the Community and Congrats on your first post with us! We're sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your device. This is most definitely not the type of experience we want you to be having. I just have a few questions for you if you don't mind:
Has the issue been resolved since you last posted?
When did you place your phone order?
What platform did you use to complete your activation?
Did you receive a tracking number for your device?
Do we have the correct address on file for your order?

I ordered the phones back in November 2 iPhone and 2 new sim too with that but it never arrived and then I got a call from Rogers then you need replacement or refund so I said refund and then they provided credits too & my account got cancelled.
BUT now credits got reversed too and they are saying you got the devices whereas I didn't get the device & sim both.
So they sent mail that pay bill within 7 days otherwise will report to credit bureau.
So now what should I do? How can I fight with this?
