I keep getting the following message:
Sorry, but we cannot process your request at this time. It could be due to one of the following reasons:
• You are not eligible to use the reservation system; you must have an existing wireless device and receive a monthly bill from Rogers.
• You are eligible, but we are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.

I just keep getting a message can't process the request at this time, either you're not eligible to use the reservation system, you have to have an existing rogers device and receive a bill or you're eligible but we're having tech difficulties. I have a few lines, I have an account, I have a phone.
Never change Rogers. 🙄

I used this link https://www.rogers.com/mobility/reserve but forgot exactly which I used to get to the reserve spot. Was getting the same error as everyone else through my account UI. Can select your store and reserve as a gift.
