return a payment made to a wrong account

Yes. I have the account number to which the payment was wrongly posted. It showed on my credit card transaction and I had provided the same to Rogers CS.

This is primarily a user to user form.

Best would be calling in and talk to the account people.. They should be able to move stuff around accordingly hopefully
