I have a roger home internet but because I m moving to other place .I paused the service for 2 months. But the person didn't tell me that still the connection is paused I still need to pay.i pay 160$.after that talked to the customer service and they just say sorry.and that's all.so after that I decided to terminate the service again I called and they said that return the device and that's all.i thought thats it but yesterday suddenly I got a message that your bill is ready I checked and again it's 226$ from nowhere. So i called again and the associate say same thing sorry and said that you should know this .of your people didn't tell us the whole thing there will be no misunderstanding. Now I have to pay which is shouldn't pay.thanks for that.

Good evening @Gaurav007,
Welcome to the Community!
Based on your post, I think you're referring to the temporary suspension. There is a nominal fee for temporarily suspending your services. Were you billed for the fee or were you billed full charges for the service?
We'd have to review your account to see what you're billed for and where the charges are coming from. Please let us know if you still need help with this.

Hi @Gaurav007 ,
Unfortunately, we wouldn't know what the charges are for until we review your account and billing details. In order to do so, we will need you to send us a Private message @CommunityHelps. Once we hear from you, we can authenticate your account and have a closer look for you.
For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, please check out our blog.
Thank you,
