How do I make a long story short . Tried to put my internet and tv on hold while I was hospitalized in dec 2023 . New fibre comes in weeks before . Hooked up . Off I go to Toronto . 3.5 months later I’m back home . Called to reactivate my account . Oh you owe 500 and some dollars . Pay it . Services will be activated in 2 hours . (Afrer waiting and verifying everything 3.5 hours ) still nothing . Called again , oh you canceled services , nope I didn’t , oh you owe money nope I paid . I’m 70 years old just want to watch tv in my home . Fast forward fighting with Roger’s since March 19th at 6 pm and I’m still on hold for the last time at 827 (March 21 2024) for an hour and 20 minutes to be exact . Last night the credit place told me 2-6 hours it will be connected . Nope . Called at 8 am this morning , oh sorry but 24 hours that takes , so by 6 pm , but if you pay the amount owing for April 2nd 2024 it will speed up the process . Paid the 234 . Worst customer service . Actually questioned who I was as my voice didn’t sound my age ……. Fast forward to 24 hours plus I called back , and no sorry mam but it takes up to 48 hours to reconnect . What is going on Roger’s .. I’m still on hold as we speak by the way .
Worst company worst customer service . Run far away !! I know I will .
