Wireless Home Phone Long Distance Rates

Hi,

Can someone please decipher the following Rogers website:

Wireless Home Phone - Rogers

I don't have an add-on, and I was charged $1.65/min for a long-distance call to Greece.

From what I understand, if I had the add-on, the first 200 minutes would cost $0.03/min and anything in excess would be $0.05/min (landline) and $0.25/min (mobile).

I followed up with Customer Care and they insist that $1.65/min was charged correctly and that the add-on would grant me the  $0.05/min (landline) and $0.25/min (mobile) rates for the first 200 minutes. They ignored my request to escalate the matter.

I reluctantly added the add-on, to avoid further bleeding, while this issue gets resolved.

Again, can someone clarify if I really need the add-on, to avoid being charged $1.65/min?

This makes no sense.
