When does the previous month's bill get posted?

I'm new to Rogers and I took over an old account from the previous tenant. A balance came in in early march which I paid but I cannot see February listed in the bills you can download as a PDF. Every other month before that is on there.

When can I get a PDF of February's bill?

My billing date is the 18th of the month, I see it a few days later usually by the 22nd. I get an e-mail when it is ready.
