Unable to get Support via Phones or Live Chat

I'm here a lot

Trying to contact  billing support or make an account change as my contract is up, but phone support is down.  It says there is a longer wait then normal, then says we are having technical difficulty and then disconnects. 


Chat support seems to be bust as well.

I've been around
Been on the phone for 2 hours and 18 mins. Still on hold yo get to anyone to help me about my billing which I was charged more than my usual bill. How long is the longest wait time you've been on hold? For me it's this one. And still counting
