Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! Was trying to get a new plan and was put on hold for over 1 1/2 hours after going into the store. Then called again today and did the call back option was told 4 to 7 minute wait, over 3 hours later someone finally calls back only to be told that the plan I wanted is no longer available at that price, which it still was if they had of gotten back to me in the time frame which they stated.....
