Bad Communication

I've been around

I have internet connection with rogers for some time.

every year I have to call them and ask why my bill goes up

so this November i called and did the same and employee retention gave me good deal.

but to find out the bill never changed

Lack of communication i heard - but no communication...internally....hmmmmm

Commmmmon - Rogers is one the biggest company in Cañada and this is what u got

i called them to inquire and no luck - 3 times on call 

i am just going in circles
