Unable to change plan to advertised plans.

brendankaplan
I've been around
  1. I have 3 lines on my mobile Rogers account. I called to ask if I can switch to the advertised plans on your site for my three lines and I was told I cannot. I asked to switch to the infinite premium plans that you offer on your website and I asked about the infinite extra I was told I cannot switch to either of those advertised plans. Bell currently offers the same plans at the same prices that Rogers offers and they will allow me to Port my three lines over to their service and get the plans that are advertised. I've been with Rogers for over 20 years and I'd rather not switch the Bell; however, I'd rather be on the new advertised plans and Bell allows me to sign up for their advertise plans. I do not know why I cannot change my plans to your advertised plans. Why can I not change my plans to your advertised plans? Why advertise them if they're not available for your customers?
