Unable to Upgrade to a S24 Ultra on a RPP Account

I've been here awhile

I've called so many times to get it sorted as I wanted to take advantage of the pre order offers for s24 ultra. I'm on a rpp account just recently signed up for the program. Before signing up it was allowing me to renew my contract for the s24 ultra in an upfront edge after changing to rpp its not giving me any option to renew my contract and kept saying I need to buy the phone outright with no term.. its frustrating as I've talked to so many customer rep and no one could resolve the issue.

Nice choice for a new phone! It's quite odd that the option to upgrade is completely gone for you via MyRogers. May I know what kind of price plan are you on? Is it Bring Your Own or Financing?

I'm recently switch to rpp plan. I'm on a contract still for the s22 plus which is about to end. I received an offer through our accou t that I can do the upgrade prior to switching to rpp. But right after the agent activated the plan I can't no longer do the upgrade it's asking me to buy the phone outright at no term and not giving me option to do upgrade

I'm not sure if she even change it to a byod plan as I have told her that that specific line is gonna be upgrade to a new phone she confirmed that she can change the plan for me and I can pre order the phone myself after.

That won't make any difference as I have contacted so many people already and one can do anything to help me. So frustrating.
