This has been on since January 15, 2024.
Customer Service is not able to resolve my complaint.
I was charged initially the sum of $101.75 for making an international call to South Africa, which I disputed.
Yesterday, I received an email from Rogers Credit Operations for past due $89.88 of the total balance subject to daily interest charges.
I don't have and do not make international calls on my Rogers number.
What, I usually do through both my Freedom Mobile number and Rogers number,
is use any of the above numbers to call the calling card local number, i.e from Rogers number 416-477-****,
278 - 4026 -****.
It is not possible to escalate this complaint as MyRogers is currently in maintenance mode.
