Temporary suspension 3 times

triciactait
I've been around

Hi,

I am currently out of the country for the winter (Oct to April). I put my phone on suspended service from late Oct to December 20 when I will be home for 8 days for Christmas.  Then I was planning to put the line back on suspended service from Dec 28 - April 4.  However, I just noted that it says service cannot be suspended for more than 181 days (fine) and can only be done once a year.  It this a CALENDAR year (so I would suspend from Jan 1 - April 4) or a rolling year, in which case, I will change the suspension end date of Dec 20 to April 4 and just use WiFi for those 8 days.  Thanks!

Hello @triciactait ,

A warm welcome to our community forums. 🙂

Thanks for your interest in our Voluntary Temporary Suspension option for mobile services. May I confirm, have you used this service in the past? If so, then your calendar year resets 12 months following the previous departure date.

Please note, your temporary suspension start date must be set within 30 days of your request and must be for a minimum of 30 days, up to a maximum of 185 days. You are allowed to suspend your phone service multiple times within your calendar year and only the days you are suspended will count as part of the 185 days.

Hopefully, this helps! You may find additional FAQs here.

Kind regards,

RogersYasmine
