@arshdeep71090, challenge the credit rating agency about the derogatory report on your credit file.  There are dispute procedures in place with the agencies to do exactly that with the aim of deleting that report from your credit file and restoring your credit rating.  If you've done nothing wrong, and can prove that, then its up to the credit agency to investigate the derogatory report and challenge Rogers to prove the basis of the report.  If Rogers can't provide any explanation or a reasonable explanation, then the report should be deleted from your credit file.

Credit agencies are not your friend!!!  So, you have to guard against any company which wants to run a credit check on your credit file (just say no!!) and fight, as hard as required to protect your credit rating against mistakes made by any company that you do business with.  That can be rather frustrating, but, letting anything slide by will cost you money in the end due to higher interest rates that you might pay, or, possibly denial of loans that you are seeking.  Don't be passive in circumstances like this.  Much of this entire credit process is automated, so, credit agencies will blindly accept reports from companies that you do business with, with no understanding of any process problems within those companies.  Due to that blind acceptance from those companies, you need to keep an eye on your credit file and credit rating.
