I have been a Roger’s customer since 2012, I have never experienced such poor customer service, or customer retention. I can’t even close my account until the upfront edge is paid off. Please to anyone who is on this forum Any Other Provider!!!

I'm saddened to hear that you haven't been happy with your mobile services and are looking to cancel. Is there a specific issue or occurrence that has brought you to this point? Perhaps we can help.
Just to further clarify, if you are currently in the process of financing your device and are part of the the Save & Return program (formerly Upfront Edge), cancelling your mobile line before your 2 year term is completed would be considered the same thing as breaking your agreement. In this case, I'm afraid you would be charged out for your remaining financing balance + your Save & Return amount, and would no longer be eligible to return your device. You may also review the Terms & Conditions of the offer that would have been provided to you at the start of your term for full details of the offer.
