hey so i recently switched from rogers to Bell MTS as a phone company cause my Rogers contract is up (I got a 2-year contract)
Rogers says I never paid my past bill with them, which I did because I got an email saying the payment was confirmed.
plus they are still trying ti charge me even though I have switched phone companies.
is this normal?
