Does Rogers offer their Snowbird customers a competitive plan for 6 months?

Rogers option costs my wife and I $960 each for 4 months. The MintMobile plan costs $240 per year but results is us having different #’s in Can and US and not allowing 2 factor authentication. Rogers could do better for seniors with their buying power.
