I received a call from Rogers sales agent( 416-848-7068), saying they have a promotion for senior citizen and was asking for my recent bill amount, as I was suspicious I refused to say the amount and asked why should I tell you that and he disconnected the call by saying "go to . ".
Well done Rogers, Excellent training provided to the Sales staff. Seems like now Rogers is hiring may be a bunch of jokers/ students who does not even have etiquette for telemarketing.
I am providing the number from which I received the call i.e 416-848-7068 and will leave it to Rogers Management to provide some etiquette for telemarketing and properly vet before hiring, otherwise you will have these jokers which is putting Rogers Image at stake.

@Tom59 : Are you sure this was not a scam call, especially in light of the language? You will see lots of similar posts in the Scam section of this forum, link below:

Here's a recent post on how to handle such calls:
I did a quick search for that number and came up empty. If it were a real Rogers number, I probably would have found a real link, although not necessarily, since any phone number and name can be spoofed. Here's a link on how to avoid various scams:

Edit - I see @Pauly had a similar response that beat mine by a few seconds... 😉
