I lost my phone sometime last week, i called for a replacement and was told i will get an email only to be told i was rejected. I have paid up two phones. This is my first time in five years to lose a phone. This is beginning to look like a scam claiming my claim is intentionally misleading is insulting.

I am sorry to hear that you've been having difficulty with your claim. I understand that you bought this service for peace of mind and this rejection is frustrating.
Have you escalated your concern about the claim directly with Likewize as of yet?
