I had received a call from Rogers win back team +1 (833) 292-4255 on March 16, 2024 and on a follow up call from them on March 19th I accepted the offer for a 2 year plan with new device, iPhone 15 & some 1 time credit. Rogers win back team performed a credit check, collected my credit card information and created a new account (***Keep personal info private***) with email confirmation. They asked me to wait for their email so to pick up new device from a nearby store. However, I did not receive the email for picking up the device. Upon my follow up calls to Rogers customer service number 1 (888) 764-3771, came to know that my order wasn’t processed because the device with colour I chose was not available at that store. I told them I am open to choose other colours and am still waiting for Rogers delivering on confirmed order.
It is not fair that Rogers team calls you, they run a hard credit check on you, confirm the order, create a new account and don’t deliver, extremely disappointing, unbelievable!

By any chance, was anyone able to follow-up with you to complete a replacement order for a different colour? Where do things currently stand?
Hopefully, the Winback team will be able to get things ironed out and back on track for you.
